sc Network is designed to optimize your existing Internet connectivity and interconnnect you with other researchers' network.
sc Network only accept students or faculty member of a regional-accredited educational/research institution connecting from their residential broadband or institutional network.
sc Network does not bound by any Service-Level Agreement (SLA) with our end users. Therefore, we do not have specific Terms of Service; however, we require all end users to comply with the laws of their local jurisdiction. Any instances of abuse or illegal activity will be reported to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for criminal investigation.

1. You must have a public Autonomous System Number and publicly routable address space.
2. You must have an up to date PeeringDB entry.
3. You must have one or more network administrators that respond to incidents for at least 40 hours (8x5) in a week.
sc Network will peer with networks that are connected to our mutual exchange points or otherwise with arranged Private Network Interconnect (PNI).
